These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any legal proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. britishdragon LLC reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
britishdragon LLC is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, labor shortages, transportation failures, or public health emergencies.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns Policy, Research Use Policy, and any additional posted policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and britishdragon LLC regarding your use of the Site and purchase of products.
